DENTAL PRACTICE DATA

A market of practices.
A network of relationships.

PractaGraph is being built to put dental offices in context: where they operate, which organizations they connect to, and what supports those connections.

Product in development. The following describes our intended data model and delivery experience. Live coverage, pricing, and availability are not yet established.

WHAT WE’RE CONNECTING

Four layers.
One clearer account.

01

Organizations

Dental practices, multi-location groups, and dental support organizations, each with its own identity. A brand name is context, not automatic proof of common ownership.

Practice · Group · DSO
02

Practice locations

The places where organizations operate. Separate location records help distinguish a single office from a group’s broader geographic presence.

City · State · Location
03

Documented relationships

Ownership, management, and affiliation are different relationships. We plan to keep them separate and attach evidence to each assertion.

Owns · Manages · Affiliated with
04

Professional context

Relevant business channels and professional contacts where source permissions support the intended use. No patient information, personal profiling, or inferred permission to contact someone.

Business context · Permitted contacts

DESIGNED FOR YOUR WORKFLOW

Research here.
Take the context with you.

A searchable workspace

Our planned subscriber experience combines organization discovery with a closer look at locations, relationships, and supporting evidence.

Licensed exports and an API

Versioned exports and authenticated API delivery are planned, with access governed by subscriptions, source permissions, and usage limits. These are not available customer features yet.

Visible uncertainty

Unresolved relationships, review dates, and stale evidence should inform decisions. Missing information should stay missing until it can be supported.

DENTAL DATA, EXPLAINED

Useful distinctions.

What is a dental support organization (DSO)?

A DSO provides business or administrative support to dental practices. A management relationship does not by itself establish ownership of the practice. PractaGraph’s planned model records the specific relationship supported by the evidence.

What is dental data-as-a-service (DaaS)?

Dental DaaS is subscription access to structured information about dental organizations, delivered through tools such as a searchable workspace, licensed files, or an API. PractaGraph’s planned focus is organization context and documented relationships.

Will you cover every dental office?

We are starting with a focused dataset and a repeatable review process. We have not established nationwide coverage and will publish coverage information only when it can be measured and supported.
